Havelock High School Senior Spokesmodel { Havelock, NC Senior Photographer}

I am so excited to begin shooting my senior representatives! These young people are amazing and I am delighted to be working with each one of them. This senior season is starting off with a bang! I had the pleasure of meeting up with Ali ( featured in this post) and one of her best friends ( Caitlyn-coming to the blog soon!) this past Friday. Although the weather was less than perfect when we started our sessions, we hung in there and captured some awesome shots of each girl.

This first shot I am sharing was actually one of our last shots.  Cool, grassy, tree-lined field…. bet you think we were out in the middle of nowhere.  Funny thing is, we weren’t.  This was right at the end of the parking lot where we met up.  Shows how you can find cool locations for senior portraits anywhere!

This next image is one of my favorites!  The whole thing just has a cool and groovy feel to me.  It has the whole flower-child vibe going on- the braid in the hair, the flowers framing her- I love it!  And, because I always love symbolism in images I like that we have captured Ali with the Dogwood, which is our state flower.  It serves as  a little bit of symbolism for where her high school roots are.

This next image just screams pure fun to me.  I mean really- how cute can one girl be??

And last but not least, here is a classic, looking back kind of shot. Ali’s senior spokesmodel application taught me all about her great high school career.  She is number one in her class.  And she isn’t just smart.  She is an athlete.  She is a swimmer, soccer player and tennis player.  She is a student council officer and she is fun!  While that smile looking back can symbolize her success in high school, I would also venture to guess that her smile can be symbolic of the type of future she has ahead of her.

Thanks for being one of my spokesmodels Ali!
